How do I get rid of Voxer notifications?
Within a chat, tap the “Chat menu” button (three squares or lines on the upper right side of the screen). Tap Notifications > Tap No Notifications.
Is Voxer safe to use?
The security that is used for both Voxer and Voxer Pro is the same. We use TLS/SSL for over-the-wire/air communication. Private Chats on Voxer uses end-to-end encryption. Voxer uses FIPS compliance storage on the device if the device is configured to use a lock code.
How is Voxer different from texting?
Why Voxer is better than texting, PMing, emailing, or calling. You can hear each other’s tone (so tough with other social media!) On the users’ devices as well as Voxer servers, text, photo, and voice messages (“Messages”) will be deleted when they are older than the specified retention period.

Why use Voxer over WhatsApp?
If you refer to the difference in sending audio messages, WhatsApp only sends the audio message once you finish recording it, whereas Voxer streams it in real time. Hence, in WhatsApp, if you need to send a 30 second audio message to someone and get a 30 second reply, there will be a significant delay in the answer.
