- Go to the murder scene in Windhelm’s graveyard and talk to the guard.
- Talk to Jorleif in the Palace of Kings in Windhelm.
- Talk to Helgird in Windhelm’s Hall of the Dead.
- Follow the trail of blood to Hjerim and obtain the key.
- Search Hjerim for evidence.
- Talk to Viola Giordano and Calixto Corrium.
